If you’re using the website: login to your account, then click on "gear" symbol at the top right of the page to reach your "My account" section. From there, click "Settings" > "Delete My Account".
If you’re using the Grokio communities app: please log into your account, then navigate to the bottom right hand tab called "Me" where you will find a "Settings" option. Clicking on it will bring you to your account settings and at the bottom of that list is an option to "Delete My Account".
If you have a recurring Premium subscription make sure you cancel your subscription, then contact us to finalize the removal of your account.
