Filtering newsfeed based on content type
I'd love to be able to go to the global or personal newsfeed and click and option or select a post and make it so that kind of content type doesn't show up in your feed.
So if let's say someone posts a video and you don't want to see videos (not everyone loves 80's nights) then you can filter them out and only see the real posts
This is different from having your own newsfeed vs the global feed because if the people you're following get caught up in a video frenzy then it'll show up in your newsfeed too.
An ability to blacklist certain phrases or just hashtags
Fix current issues like over marketing and begging in the newsfeed.
The quality of this website is getting very poor. Too many girls asking for money. Even if they dont claim directly they ask you for money after the 1st message. If you want to keep doing this, please change the startup message.
Some boys want to pay for it.. OK.. but keep it separate with a $ symbol or something like that! I am here just to chat!!!
I believe that each user should have a personalized list of words that they do not wish to see. Content and trigger warnings do not cover every possible event.
Posts and comments containing one of your words would simply not appear for your account . If a user tries to comment on a post, but uses one of the poster's black listed words the comment would simply be rejected.
A word blacklist has potential for Ferzu+ implementation. A free user gets a limited number of words to fill in, whereas a premium user would have unlimited, or simply a larger limit.
Remove people who are Selling themselves on this site and perhaps make it more dating oriented. Many here are port models only wanting to promote a "business"
Some content causes panic attacks in users. They suggested a hide post button. It would make it so that post doesn't appear in the feed of the user who clicked the hide button. It's a good feedback idea when not everyone does content or trigger warnings. Plus sometimes people overshare and talk about triggering content (which I will say the content here). It'd be useful in the situation of trolls who post intentionally triggering or offensive content, users can choose to hide that post until admins or mods are able to deal with that trolling user. Users also wouldn't have to waste a block on people they like otherwise.
Ability to block hashtags.
Peter47 would like a filter for "I'm horny" posts. Perhaps using tags, or even a checkbox for new newsfeed status posts where you can check or uncheck a "looking for right now" checkbox or something.
pretend the first part says 'Essentially a button'
Essentially button allowing you to hide a specific post if you don't want to see it (for content reasons) while not blocking the user completely.
Like if one post bothers you it would just roll up and show only the poster until you showed it again.
Be able to post status updates to specific kinks/interests. Basically one news feed per kink/interest on top of the existing global/local/my news feed. You'd only be able to pull up kink/interest news feeds that you have listed that you are into. An alternative would just be if you could have multiple filters to set up your own kind of news feeds to replicate the above idea if desired.
I'm assuming this would probably be something that would in a GrommrXL Pass since it's a bit more of a specific thing that allows you to get to what you want on the site easier. Plus filtering probably takes a good chunk more bandwidth. And this would help remove some of the posts the majority of people find to be unappealing, but the people into it can get more concentrated posts on the kink/interest.
Hello my dear
how are you today actually i find your contact at forums.grokiolabs and really have interested to know more about you because i have very vital issue to discuse with you, please try to e mail (rickykena2016v@ outlook.com) me back God bless you

I'd like to be able to blacklist words when I'm on the newsfeed.
It could then show up (with the OP's name/icon (in case you don't wanna miss posts by this particular person)) and say something like "This post contains a blacklisted word. Open it anyway?"
I think having the ability to blacklist hashtags or posts mentioning a specific user would be helpful for people who don't want to see anything having to do with those users.
I don't participate in such but I personally see nothing wrong. If somebody wants to donate money, that is their choice.
Unless it's a legal issue, I don't think there should be any policies against this aside from spamming the Global Newsfeed.
A way to delete posts from your feed you don't want to see so you don't even have to pretend they exist.
Give users the ability to hide certain profiles that post repetitive status updates
I could not agree more; for example if someone clearly ignored my message and had no interest in speaking to me, instead of tumbling through my sent messages next time I stumble on their profile, I would not see them in the list at all to be able to open their profile as I could ignore them.
All I will say is that if they implement this it should be unlimited for free accounts. I am fustrated at Grokio for putting a 10 person block limit on when all I wanted to do was ignore people like in the example above; being able to ignore them does what I wanted to do all along but as expressed there shouldn't be a limit for this, at least not a silly as 10.
