How do I delete my profile?
We're sorry to see you go. Is there a reason you're thinking of leaving that we could maybe help you with? We're always looking to get feedback to help keep our members happy and engaged.
If you’re using the website: login to your account, then click on "gear" symbol at the top right of the page to reach your "My account" section. From there, click "Settings" > "Delete My Account".
If you’re using the Grokio communities app: please log into your account, then navigate to the bottom right hand tab called "Me" where you will find a "Settings" option. Clicking on it will bring you to your account settings and at the bottom of that list is an option to "Delete My Account".
If you have a recurring Premium subscription make sure you cancel your subscription, then contact us to finalize the removal of your account.
